THE MIGRATING MONARCH BUTTERFLIES HAVE RETURNED TO PISMO STATE BEACH North Beach Campground. The public is invited to learn about and observe the butterflies in their winter habitat. California State Park docents and volunteers will be available to answer questions from 10am-4pm daily. Docents will give informative talks on the butterflies at 11am and 2pm each day.
